No they are $299 for the red and $330 for the blue. Looks like you have the blue there, but still. Passport has a trade in program for $80 off or something like that, and a free $50 accessory kit if you buy from them, plus they would get a warranty, ect.
Just for reference I got my 9500i used for $250, and that’s $450 new.
Not trying to be a dick but you have to expect to take a bit of a hit if you want a quick sale, and “need the loot” :), especially with manufacturers offering great deals. glws
