yes but you may need to have the cylinder walls checked. they may need rehoned the sleeved for the best piston fit

never know cutty maybe she was ran with out oil… so the piston might be loose
yea someone may of stuff an oversized foreign piston in there. or hte piston had some rough edges that the motor actaully peferred
