Judging by the wheels, my prediction is that the car was stolen while travelling “the hood” areas. The parts were stolen from the audio place in “the falls” and the wheels were stolen off of “the cady”
The only cash into the car was spent on the spray paint and gas. Then, his tagging friend did the graphics.
