I have a set of four mint TSW polished aluminum light weight wheels and high performance Pirelli winter tires for sale for any 5 bolt Nissan or Infinity. They have only been used one winter (7000-8000kms only!).
I had them on my G35 last winter and are outstanding in the snow.
