That’s awesome. I haven’t carved a pumpkin in a while but I’ve been itching to do one this year.

I hadn’t carved one in years either. Totally stole the idea after an intensive Google search. Loved the look of the teeth. Found some old clay carving tools from college, and tada! More to come.
Heard if you coat the carved parts in Vaseline it lasts longer (that’s what she said) so we’ll see if it makes it to Halloween.

Ah yeah I saw that one. That’s what inspired me to do more of a 3D carving…but waaaay simpler.

Mine is not carved but it flies. It is about 3 ft. in diameter. I am trying to finish up by Friday. It has 2 HD servos and a decent motor.

I’m going to try that tomorrow when I carve mine, except I’ll be using a regular kitchen knife. Maybe, I’ll try it with an exact knife or something.
