Has the post count/board activity been way down since the change?

Seems pretty active to me.
Honestly I feel like it’s just the opposite. I think posts are up.
It just seems that way because all of the posts take 4 times the vertical screen real estate that they actually should.
It still hurts my brain to view the site.
Yeah, we are working on rebuilding that layout. I don’t like it now that it is busy and populated outside of our test board.
Very true, thought it is nice and pretty, it is very hard to view things…sooooo many little icon everywhereeeee

Some people can’t get on at work since the server change and there are a few user conflicts to sort out still.
Yeah the icons for new messages next to each thread kinda need to be redone. The colors Are a bit confusing…maybe change the opacity of them.
I"m still getting used ot it, doesn’t seem nearly as user friendly…

Yeah I agree I like that there was a lot of initiative to freshen things up however this layout does make my brain hurt. The color schemes we had before this were very nice. This is going to take some serious getting used to.
What’s in a name? That which we call a post By any other name would read the same.
As long as the search function covers ALL site content, I’ll just keep my opinions to myself. 
EDIT: Looks like the search function does cover everything: forum, blogs, articles. So good job there guys. :tup:
I like it…although one thing I noticed is when going back through old posts, links to other NYSpeed threads don’t work anymore, due to the /forums/ not being in the URL anymore. You have to copy from “showthread?” on and paste that at the end of nyspeed.com.

Yeah, I could have run searches for all links in the threads and another script to update them, but it would have added even more to our downtime.
Count me in on the “can’t get on at work” crew. I’m network OT-only right now. Hopefully we may have a solution shortly :tup:
