Sorry to say my friend but you won’t be able to get much money for your car, i just sold one 92 si mint condition, and i can tell you by pics that you have your engine liking oil!
As you can see by the 6th pic the oil is liking from the oilpan, so fixe that first than get your car painted then you ask for 6g, i have all the respect for your stuff as i said it’s your car, but the price is kind to high in the sky!

This car handed my rear end to me with my widebody SR. But i won the Beauty contest! All mechanical and suspension is in great to superb shape. It needs some paint and some oem honda wheels.
