its a queen size but its in a box about 2" wide by 1 1/2 feet deep by 3 1/2 feet high i would guess. it also includes the mattress, a cover, a memory foam pad, and pump

$90 is the lowest I would like to go. It includes the media kit cables which is $30 i believe alone.
The phone is not stolen and I have never had an issue adding used phones to existing plans without extending contracts.
I think you would just have to pay an activation fee.
If you are a verizon customer and have an existing phone, you can just call them and add the new phone to the line. No fee.
