you don’t need to click on the spots of the car. you just put the mouse curser overtop and there are boxes of text that will give you information of the specific requirments when you mod that part of the vehicle.

Here’s a tip. If you are using firefox, it doesn’t work. I had to use Internet Explorer for this (even though it’s shit).
