Here we have a relatively sedate looking JZS161 Aristo. It looks much like a standard VIP car and the only real sign of the devil lurking underneath is the large brake calipers visible behind the wheel spokes.
Exterior-wise, the car is running a Blow Design Mode Parfume series 3-piece aero kit. The subtle trunk spoiler is from Aimgain and the LED tail lights are Wise Square pieces. Curious folks might notice the “78” on the license plate. Custom plate numbers in Japan are quite common, but since there are no alphabetical characters allowed, they have to make do with numerals. Common choices are the chassis code or engine displacement of the car, but in this case the “78” refers to this…The factory 2JZ has been outfitted with a single T78 turbine and the output for this set up is about 650 horsepower. Besides the turbine kit, the hot rod Aristo is also running the following-
Trust intercooler
HKS 264 intake and exhaust cams
Ported head
HKS Twin Power Ignition
Trust E-Manage Ultimate
650CC Injectors
Underneath are full coilovers from Quantum, along with various TRD and Ikeya Formula suspension arm and bushing modifications. Brakes are sourced from a JZA80 Supra and the wheels are Work Meister S1 18X9J +21 front, and 18x10 +29 in the rear.
The interior remains stock for the most part, with the exceptions of the driver’s seat and the added meters to keep the 650hp in check. As you can see, the car is still using an automatic transmission (the Aristo was never offered with a manual from the factory). I wouldn’t complain one bit about the slushbox.
Fuck you, albany for not letting me have Bippu car, fuck you!
forgot to mention one other thing. its for sale, for 11000 dollars. ya heard me! 11 grand. a yaris is more than that, but why get a yaris when u can get this?
why is it albanys fault you can’t have that car? or a bippu car?
btw. i wouldn’t consider that car a bippu or vip car. just because this is now the popular trend people seem to be throwing around these words without having a clue what either mean.
Exactly, people tend to think that a car is VIP because it is a dark colored luxury sedan lowered on airbags with bling wheels. The culture is much deeper and more specific than that. That being said… that Aristo is SICK.
i wouldn’t even go that far, at best that car will only ever be a vip style car. it can never be a vip car. the only car that can be from lexus is the ls line up. vip cars are only the top of the line models from a manufacture. and the car really isn’t going for vip imo. wheels don’t have low enough offset, the body work is something of a car going for race (canards, splitters). coilovers, no airbags, not excessively low (if you think that car is excessively low go to a vip site and get re-enlightened), a huge front mount etc.
im not saying its not a nice car, its a great example of a 4 door luxury car built for speed. i just get agrivated when i read vip this, bippu that. its people jumping on the newest jdm bandwagon. people need to learn before they start throwing out words. and i’m not trying to take away from the car, its a great looking car and im sure it hauls. but it wasnt built to be a vip car and whoever wrote the description needs to be kicked in the nuts :ponder
examepl pics plz
whats that one thing they do with silly looking chin bumpers that are bigger than ppls porches and exhaust pipes that are 7 foot long and poke out at different angles? also, whats it called when they do those garbage trucks to look like vegas slot machines? whats that called? i keep forgetting the name
Bosoku doesn’t really have to do with cars at all, it is more the style that the Japanese motorcycle gangs conceived. People saying that Boso applies to cars are not correct.
