Quick change up....

Not really a build, more like a quick story.

Goes something like this…

So first I was like:

Then I tore my shit apart, powdercoated, re-ball-bearing’d and re-laced my beat to shit dirt wheels like so:

And my crazy buddy Krant was like:

Awesome.

Color is Gunmetal Glimmer, low gloss with just a bit of a metalic flake in it sorta. Hides water spots and filth vs. a gloss black that would show every single sin.

Looked better as a sm IMO

fucking krant

:word:

Honestly if I was worried what it looked like, I’d sound like Ubengineering who just worries endlessly about what the bike looks like than how it rides. This is a bike that I’ve pitched and has flipped end over end down the track, and I’ve picked it up, started it and finished a session. My rear Pilot race is smoked, and I wanted to take on some trails and falling on wet grass isn’t that awesome, so with the options available to me, I figured I’d mix it up and cover some ground off road.

THIS is what these bikes are for.

And with numbers like this… I have to fight the bitches off.

truth, but I definitely understand the reasoning behind it.

Tup… Love these bikes. So much fun

Drive way full of awful :stuck_out_tongue:

lol richard

Ugh I hate lacing wheels. Little more control off road now ? I remember riding dirt and sand pits with slicks.

Yep, more in the garage, some just left & plenty waiting.
