Yard sent me the wrong part. Won’t let me return it because they claim it’s what I ordered when I’m 100% certain it’s not.
The stock number and my receipt don’t even match up.
3.90 rear end open diff. 25 spline stub axles. 67k miles

Yes. Its the smaller (lighter) of the two. And in perfect working order
Its just the wrong unit for my 280z.

I paid 200, I’d like to get as close to that as possible.
I opened it up last night and checked the ring gears. Reads 39:11 this is a 3.545 NOT a 3.90 as advertised
These dumbfucks couldnt even send me the correct ratio, I’m extremely pissed off.
Btw, I’m almost positive you can use any subframe from a 70-77 datsun Z however you will need 240z stub shafts and probably will have to get custom axles made . Length.
They make big brake kits too.
