Yeah its nice, but man shooting indoors, we where bouncing it of an 8ft ceiling and it was real harsh.

OH LOL well that explains it, looks at the first shot of geoff, chris took that standing up, and it came out WAY overexposed cause the light was so close to the ceiling.
Other than the diffuser can you control the light intensity?
yes you can. As well as have it focus on something so it knows how far to shoot the light.
