Went to the zoo last week for something to do.
The fake background at the rain forest exhibit kind of ruined my shot of toucan sam.
The polar bear sat there using an old Christmas tree as a scratching post for about 10 minutes. It was pretty cool to see such a powerful ferocious creature rolling around like a little puppy.
I’m not sure if this one was cracking a smile or trying to taste the humans.

Couple more. Forgot what these were called but they were swimming around in the rain forest exhibit. They’d climb up on mom’s back for a ride until she got tired of it and then she’d dive down and watch them fall off.
