Thanks guys. Yea it was all natural lighting, with photographers in mind apparently. I’ll be putting a thread together soon, just left Munich. I’m in Germany studying for 2 months, and this coming weekend is the 24hrs at Nürburgring :tup:. Here’s another teaser of a tour I took.

We were hanging out on the boat tonight when the Coast Guard and Border Patrol boats both went hauling past us with lights and sirens. Decided to follow to see what was going on. Not a good place to break down.

These are all cell phone pics, but my kid loves robots so we went on the GM powertrain tour to see the stuff my dad works on.
(I think it was only my 4th tour of that line.)

I am really annoyed that we missed plant 5… They have robots in the gantry that can move around. Did I mention that the kid likes robots. He was confused at first since they do not crush cars or fight, but he still liked them.

I took the tour of the GM plant too. It was my first time going there and I took a few cell phone pics and maybe a video so I’ll see if any are decent enough to post. I did get to go to Plant 5 but there wasn’t much going on, they were building a line for a new engine they’re gonna be making so it was half empty. I think it’s a 2.5L turbo or something.
