Not too familiar with parts, are these tie rod’s?
Sort off, they are toe adjustment bars. They go at the back of a 240sx or 300zx without Hicas.
If you were to lower you car 2" or more, you will have some negative camber that will eat out the inside of your tire because the toe will be out of whack, these bars will help straighten the wheels and save your very expensive tires.
