That car is unbelievable.
Xander - I will always prefer MT, but I think you’ll be surprised - i hammered on a Panamera Turbo S with PDK for a weekend last spring in Cali…its fun. The launch control & gear changes are VIOLENT. Slams in each gear so hard, its a blast. I launched the car at every light over and over, and it never skipped a beat.

That is pretty sexy but I really wish more of these cars came in manual options. More and more of the high end sport seem to be moving away from the option it seems. I know a lot of the shifting methods in the newer cars have expanded but I still love the clutch and will always prefer true manual.

Thoughts on the GT4? Gramps just ordered one for the track as his 2014 Cayman S was giving him some issues. Glad to see him back in a manual!

I agree that the GT4 is not the GT3 and you shouldn’t have bumped this thread
HOWEVER
the GT4 is like a baby version of the GT3 and its fucking AWESOME.
Guess I could’ve made a new thread, let’s not take away from the awesome things Porsche is doing.
