Ehh, I dont know about that. Richard Pryor was a pioneer of stand up comedy.
priors been sick for awhile, so its probably better that he move on to a better place. he was great tho. we have some of his old 8-tracks from way back in the day up at my cabin that we stil listen to. great stuff.
I’m too young to care about Pryor, and couldn’t give a shit about his pioneering. I’ve seen some of his specials, and I just don’t think he’s all that great/funny :dunno:

Mitch was funny to an extent. But the whole, “I’m a clever stoner” thing got kind of repetitious.
Quality > popularity. It doesn’t matter how big of a name the person has. The blue collar guys (with the exception of Ron White) are a bunch of idiots, too.
