RIP

RIP

A legend from the glory days . . .

It’s a fucking shame. I wasn’t around to see him play; I knew him as my aunt’s old neighbour, my boss’s friend, the guy who would ask how my dad/aunt/grandma was doing every time I saw him. Forget the football stuff; the world lost a good fucking guy.

I used to work for Building Services back in the early 90s as a Janitor. I worked at the Centre City Tower building on the corner of Smithfield and 6th or 7th, where Mr White had an office.

I always remember bumping into him on occasion as he was leaving for the day and having to clean the 900 cigarette butts up from his desk.

He had just about all of his Super Bowl stuff on display in his office.

Time marches on, for whom the bell tolls. RIP

RIP. He was a amazing man. Wish i could have seen him play. He helped everyone that he could. One of the greatest guys that I think that I will ever meet.
