that’s an interesting request… what do you need? I am NOT proficent, just curious as to the question… are you asking about theory or actual legistative assemblies?
I’ve worked for a law firm and have been in off-cuff converstations (between attorneys and judges) about common-law practices v. parlimentary structures of representative law… just curious as to what aspect you’re talking about…
I am trying to figure out how to either rescind a motion that was acted on or figure out how not to act on the motion with being in violation.
