S13 Aftermarket Bumper, Skirts, Rear Valance and stock tail lights

Not sure the who makes the kit, but it needs some tlc. Nothing is cracked, front bumper just needs a good sanding, skirts are in good shape. Rear valance was just painted white quickly and paint is flaking off, was orginally red.
