it is made completely from T-304 stainless and includes gaskets and hardware.

$475 cdn includes all taxes / customs and international shipping to me, all of which i take care of.

if you cannot pick it up i will ship it with fedex in ontario or quebec for $40 if the quote i got online from them turns out to be valid.

S14 versions are available immediately, kendrick and josh picked up the two i had and both are more than satisfied with them.

S14 catbacks are $450 cdn.

a couple people are confirmed, who else is in on this?

everyone was asking me for these after i sold them… so dont flake too long…

so far 5 are confirmed…

they were held up at customs coming into the US so i am waiting to order until tuesday…

whats so good about it? who makes it? is it worth the price?

3" SS catback for $475 in your hands. how is it not worth the price?

what makes you question it?

it is machine welded but since it is made in another country i dont know the people operating the machinery

can u get a T-304 stainless 3" catback for this price anywhere else around here?

to put it bluntly, dont believe that just because a part has a brand name on it that the company is responsible for its production. MOST of the parts on our cars (modifications and OEM) are NOT produced by the company with its logo on the piece. it has never been that way EVER…

these are unbranded, as in they have not been marked up because of a tack-welded logo on it.

as such, you save.

to make the point clearer:

nissan does NOT make all of the parts on its cars

Greddy dot NOT make all of the parts that is puts it logo on

Maple Lodge Farms does NOT make many of their own product lines that carry their label

Ralph Lauren does NOT make ANY of the logo-T’s or other generic clothing that bares his name

but for some reason people assume that they do and that anything that doesnt bare the brand name is some how inferior.

this is not the case and being unaware of that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars over your life time.

Also,

there are many people who have these exhausts now and there have not been any issues with fitment of function.

in fact, the exhausts that i have seen installed are great and perhaps even better than the ones that carry brand name logos in that the performance gains will be the same or greater and the cost much less.

these exhausts are NOT the same as SSAC or MEGAN or other rebranded asian produced exhuasts but they are produced in asia.

Hey bing you know what would be awesome. A sound clip.

Yes if a sound clip can be posted (hopefully on a NA KA) i might be intrested

there were cars at the meet with the exhuast on them…sounded better than expected.

i dont have the equipment to do a proper sound clip and all the guys with the exhuast live in the GTA anyways.

besides, the person that benefits the most from buying these exhuasts is YOU!!!

you guys should be fumbling all over yourselves to give me all your money in return for these…hhaha

on the real though, i cant get a sound clip and i really dont think it matters. if these things sounded all raspy and ghey i wouldnt feel comfortable bringing them in for people.

i have heard the S14 catbacks and they were awesome.

hey Bing, is there any chance that the same company that makes these exhausts also manufacture a dual (N1 dual lookalike). If so, i would 100% be down for that.

i dont beleive they do.

SSAC used to have something like that but for one reason or another they dont offer it anymore as far as i know.

there are a variety of items that the manufacturers build that isnt ever available over here, for example RB and skyline parts.

the reason is that in order to import these pieces directly from the manufacturer you need to order in bulk, as large as 200 pieces for some items and 50 or more for manifolds and catbacks.

that is usually an investment of $20000 or more + 2 month lead times for over seas shipping, then customs, insurance and brokerage.

i my self was in contact with some of these manufacturers but there was no way for me to meet that kind of criteria.

jesse and mike inquired with me about CA manifolds a few weeks back. i inquired and i was told that in order for my suppliers to offer the CA manifold they would have to order 50 pieces. so they would have to be reasonably sure that they could move them all quickly.

to give you an impression of how desireable some of these items are. 150 S13 catbacks and 50 greddy style BOVs were sold in less than 3 weeks upon receipt. This is only the second coming of the S13 catbacks, that is why if people want them you need to be relatively quick. the last time i ordered a pair to try them out. by the time people realised the type of deal / value these exhuasts are it was too late… there was no more available.

the same is true right now for the BOV’s, i was able to nab a quarter of the BOV’s but now i cant get any for weeks.

the whole scenario introduces a new factor into online purchasing…

supply, demand, money and now…timing.

Bing, If your are still taking orders, i’d like a s13 catcack for my 91 hatch. Just pm me with the details on how to pay and when to come pick it up. Also, if anyone knows the general performance gains wit this exhaust, please em.

Guys, I would recommend getting a deal like this if I were in the market for a cat-back exhaust. You can barely get a decent custom bent piping and good muffler for this price. I’ve seen places charge upwards of $600 for a custom stainless cat-back. Also, Bing is a good guy to do business with and he does a lot for the 240sx community by bringing in products at affordable prices.

i didnt pay him to say that guys…lol

but i do agree…

if some people are really hesitant i am sure when you see the boys running these catbacks in a week and a half you will want in for sure. both of the guys that got the S13 versions dont have their cars fully mobile at this point.

one of the S14 guys is on the sidelines right now and one is waiting to put his on that he picked up yesterday.

Kendrick is the only guy active with this catback on his S14 right now, his car sounds AWESOME… NA KA and it sounds sick with this exhuast. i was revving it at the niagara meet. two people bought it just from hearing and seeing it that afternoon.

how many do you have in stock? i may be intrested in one.

the order has been placed but shipping will be delayed until tomorrow… lets hope it gets out.

i will keep everyone updated

thanks

will you be ordering more in a month or so? if so i’ll buy one

contact me when you are 100% ready to go. i can get all the exhuast pieces you have been inquiring about on SON and my prices simply cannot be touched considering there are no hidden fees and no risk.

the shipment is slated to arrive on Tuesday of next week…

if i am able to pick it up i will be scheduling a time on wednesday or thursday where i will bring all the catbacks to the GTA and distribute them to the persons kind enough to pre-pay for them.

i will keep you folks updated as more info becomes available.
