Looking for an s13 or s14. If s13, I prefer a coupe with NO HICAS. If it has hicas, don’t tell me about it unless it is super mint, lots of mods and a good deal.

After thinking a bit, I would pay a bit more for an s13 coupe that is a turn key car (I don’t have time to fix up cars like I used to)
Minimal rust (Ive owned several 240s so please don’t try and say it’s mint when its not).
I have cash money in hand, and I’m here to get a deal. Not paying premium $ for a 20yr old car. I would just buy a Genesis Coupe or something.
