Sabres games and cameras w/ long lenses Q.

I’m going to the Sabres game on 3/25 and i’ll be sitting close (section 116, row 4). I was planning on bringing my SLR and 300mm lens to try to take some good close-up pics. Anyone know if there any restrictions on people using long lenses when sitting that close to the ice?

I think Scott used his 400mm at a sabres game without being hassled…

Edit:

yea u are all good, go nuts… wow i didn’t know u COULD use a flash

I’m a little surprised about that myself. Someone needs to get behind our net with an SB800 and start hammering the hell out of it any time someone starts heading toward our net.

buy me a flash and a ticket and im in :eekdance:

Thanks guys.

Can’t wait to see closeups of their lack of effort expressions.

If you could, see if you can catch Lindy chuckling to himself about no matter how bad they do he’ll never lose his job.

you are definitely welcome!!

I’ll see what I can do lol

Pics of girls boob pressing the glass?

lol

I am going with a pretty good lookin’ lady. Unfortunately her young daughter is coming along too. Wouldn’t be a good time to do the boobie thing lol

At the Boston Garden, they gave me crap about having my camera bag with me. Had to take it back to my car and just carry my camera.

As requested (sorta), Lindy looking up to the sky thanking Baby Jesus for the win tonight:
