Bought this for my sister through my job’s discount but she changed her mind.

It was previously locked to Telus model SGH-I747M - GSM . LTE . dark blue . 16gig

It is unblocked for any GSM carrier worldwide. It is not rooted, because you didn’t have to ,to unlock it and I’ve seen the updates cause issues with the roots now.

Anyway 400 and it’s yours.
