i have a brand new, never opened sam tab.
it is for sprint. Has the ability to have a sprint data package for 30 or 50 a month
also can use wifi

New with out a data plan there 599.99
with data plan and 2yr contract 399.99

ya you do not need a data plan but it is optional

They go for $500 without contract from t-mobile. and $250 for a 2 year contract with lower priced plans then sprint.
