It has scratches on the back cover from normal use but nothing extreme. It comes with 3 batteries, 2 wall chargers, an axillary battery charger, car charger, USB cord, earphones still in the package, stylus still in the package, Micro Sandisk and adapter, screen wipe and all the original software and manuals in the original box.
