it’s nothing really…the previous owner pulled off an autox number vinyl that was supposed to be reusable but the new painted wasn’t prepped great and it pulled a section of paint off with the number.
my sti had almost the same problem when I pulled off the huge sti logo. my rear quarter was painted and the door was blended and when I pulled too hard i removed a few spots of clear along with the vinyl.
Pete- you must’ve seen this car for sale on UNYSOC. IREALYEA (or whatever) was selling it.
