Saw a car burning out of control on 87 today

Was it that Chevy Tracker that was on the side of the road? Saw troopers and a busted ass Tracker causing traffic around 4 when I was going to the shop around exit 7.

I was traveling south bound on my bike, it was a SUV type vehicle. The engine bay was on fire and black smoke is pouring out.
