I wouldn’t say never but it’s only snowed 2 or 3 times in the 2+ years that I have lived here. It’s warmer here about 5-15 degrees so we get mostly rain.
It was 66F last week on Wed and then snowed hard on Saturday but it didn’t stick at all.
