We’re moving into a smaller place for now and plan to buy a new couch when I finally buy a house. This is a pretty big couch. The lounge section is 8’ long and the couch section (Including the width of the lounge part) is 10’.

The bad:
The bracket that keeps the two parts together is broken. Not a problem on carpet but if it’s on tile you’ll want to fix it with something.
It has lived a good life, so there are light stains. I would recommend washing what you can.
One cushion has a tear, so it’s flipped over.
All this considered, I think the price is fair, but we’ll take the best offer. Here are some pics.
As a side note, we are moving at the end of the month, so waiting until next week or so would be ideal, but wanted to get it out there for people who may interested.
