Could be a meth setup.

Also, charge piping has little to no effect on turbo lag (think of rear-mounted turbos). Unless you were talking about the fact that it seems to be a relatively small turbo, then disregard that statement

charge piping actually DOES have a affect on spool time etc.

Bigger diameter piping creates a longer spool time over a smaller pipe. The pressure in the smaller piping is pressured faster and this results in a over all quicker spool.
