i thought the pistons on the 99-02 were hypereutectic not forged and on the ACR the motors were forged. am i wrong?

AFAIK, all 92-98 Vipers had forged pistons, and all 99-02 were hypers. The ACR’s got another 10HP from smooth tubes on the air intake.
