52K on the speedo, alll fluids changed (tranny,diffs, transaxle, brake fluid)
downpipes, de-cat into 3" jasma exhaust (sounds amazing)
fully oem other than that with Nismo S-Tune air filter and Nismo spark plugs Sparco shift knob
R33 oem wheels with good tires

If you thinking of financing it, why not just take out a bank loan, or a line of credit? That way you can finance it, because I really doubt a person selling privately has the resources to help you in that department.
