so i picked up a new project....

Looks a lot like the one in the junkyard here, just with less rust…

Like a boss  I like the full-size-frame rods though, they just look beefy as fuck. Check out the Ford COE builds, they C-channel the frame rails and lay them flat. They’re tough.

Holy FUCK is that solid

Totally stoked! Can’t wait to see this finished!

Bad ass:tup: A can’t believe how clean that is for an East coast truck.

thanks guys. jimmyfloyd, that one is rough haha.

and yes, i too am suprised with how clean this truck is. when i went to look at it i didnt even have to think about it, told him right away that i would take it. not too bad for 800 bucks.

Need any other parts. Just saw this ad: http://binghamton.craigslist.org/cto/2340586390.html

3 - 47 Ford Trucks $1000 or best offer
NO Title or paperwork Available
NO emails phone calls only
contact LANTZ AUTO & TRUCK PARTS at 607-862-9249
or contact Don at 607-372-5510

I might be able to help move them locally if you just wanted to come down, get parts and then scrap them.

dont need any parts…trying to sell the parts from this one that i dont need.

and those arent 47’s, those are the 48- body style

Very cool. I’ve blasted a few of these. I’ve thought about doing one of these for a shop truck.

ive been working on this quite a bit…

4" chop, 2" section in back to only take 2" out of rear window instead of 4". 1/4 the roof as i wanted to retain original bodylines instead of layback and stretch.

Nice, looks good

Dude! Awesome!

looks good

Kick ass. In for updates.

I believe my father in laws good friend down near Ithaca is a flat head nut. Ill ask if hes still doing stuff with them when I talk to him next. He may have what you need/ want or know where to get it.

Dan

Very, very nice. That’s right about where you want it for the classic chopped look.
