Well I’ve heard plenty of stories from women in my family and my mom’s friends also. C-Sections also are harder on the mother than vaginal births. Have you had children?
no kids for me…I work with infants 6weeks to a year every day, and talk to many women that have had natural and c-section births…they all prefer having c-sections. pushing out a 7-10 pound baby out of your vagina with hours and hours of labor pain…verses a scheduled c-section surgery…with only 2 weeks more of recovery time…i think NYSFF’s wife will be better off with a c-setion so he shouldn’t worry
Well it’s different for all women… so I’ll just leave it that and wish him good luck No need in arguing
I can’t believe the ladies are brining the drama today. Natural Birf fo lyfe Yo!!
lol

X…
No drama… and I never said I know everything. I just have completely different experiences.
I just think its funny the topic that started it was child birth.
:mamoru:
So do any of you guys know what to do to make her happy when she gets home? I wanted to rent a Sign “Its a Boy” and put up some shit in front of the house and such. But with the kid, “Sry, Kids” Bills, And all of that other fun money crunching shit, Its hard for me to do all of that cause money is SUPER tight! So any of ya’s have any ideas to welcome her and the newborn back home?
Kep in mind I have no family and her family are assholes so I dont have help from that department. I have a Very few selected friends that would fit in my hand. So This has to be somethng I can do myself.
Pretend it’s like Valentine’s Day II, except nobody’s getting laid. lol
Just make sure she’s comfortable, and do all the chores around the house that she did before the baby was born.**
**This applies to the recovery time only. After that, you will find that you’ll be taking turns with chores and taking care of the kid. If she gets used to you doing the chores all the time, then you have lost all control. Control + Compromise FTW
my daugter was a c-section.
what nobody mentiones is the shakes…
while in the recovery room, she was freezing cold.
shock i guess…
also, c-section babies do not have their heads deformed by the vaginal canal.
not all women recover in the same way. its abdominal surgery.
so of course our bedroom is on the 2nd floor, and i removed the boxspring on the bed so that she could easily get in and out.
the scar is not really that bad… it’s horizontal a few inches below the belly button.
I have no experience w/natural child birth though
my mom had a c-section with my little sister. she recovered fine in a few weeks. she had a lot of trouble getting down the stairs at first because of the pain and her stiches came undone so they had to redo them but other than that she was fine. the c-section was way easier on her than natural birth, which is what she had with me.
good luck with the bambino
Congrats, on the second child.
HA! I’ve had 3 Back surgerys and Stairs, LMAO. Fuck that! I know how she’s going to feel trust me. Sucks to is that We normally chill and Sleep on the Third level. And the shitter is on the 2nd level. So I feel her pain man.
