Well most car guys also like lesbians so I guess it makes sense in an ass backwards kind of way. Either that or its one of those ads that pops up based on your recent search history in something like google.
Those ads are displayed based on things/info you have typed into your browser at some point.
For example I get teenaged girl ads and athletic ads and stuff for hockey equipment all the damn time
