So, Who Can Print Posters? (besides kinkos)

in the next couple days, i am going to need a poster printed in full color, 18"x24" 2 be exact. Cant go to kinkos because there is a logo on it and they are pricks about that stuff…if anyone can help out, post up and name your price…or PM me…
also, what is the recommended pixels/inch for high quality…300?? Just want to know where to start…i am also creating this through PS, so what type of file should i save it as also? just a jpg?

The quality is pretty good, and its pretty cheap.
