Not every D series vtec motor has “vtec” imprinted on the valve cover.

I think all the z6 obd1 motors had vtec covers but the y8 obd2 version did not. maybe i’m wrong? idk

Yes, it wasn’t anyone from here. Was a random guy that stopped in and ended up buying it on the spot. I was really surprised as I almost never sell cars this way. I wish they were all this easy.
