Thinking of selling my 1990 Coupe with 198xxxkms. I just bought it and it hasn’t even been transfered into my name yet lol. It is in very good condition with minimal rust. I’m not looking to rip anyone off so I’m giving you all the information I have on the car. I’ve already got a little work on the car too.
The Good:
-Coupe
-17 inch spec V rims
-engine runs great with no timing chain or valve noise
-very good frame rails and floors
-clear corners
-91+ front bumper
-front STB
-tinted windows
-drives very good
-base model with no sunroof!
The Bad:
-Needs a very small section welded in the wheel well in front of the drivers side shock tower. Also looks like some rust was covered on the shock tower itself so i would reinforce that. I will include some 11g metal for the towers (overkill lol).
-Drivers side tie rod needs to be replaced soon
-drivers side rocker panel needs a little work.
-Automatic
-Front bumper is faded and has no fender caps. It also needs to be aligned properly.
-Needs alignment
-exhaust leak
-previous owner was a smoker so the interior is a little gross. I will be replacing a lot of the interior parts and cleaning the interior very soon though.
I’m planning on doing an sr with manual conversion soon but I’m thinking of dropping around 5-6gs on a 93 coupe and going KA-T or buying one with an sr already. I’m asking $2000obo. Please do not post if your not interested. No lowballers.

and you aviod the rust problem that almost every coupe with a sunroof has… but i still like mine very few people are hardcore enough for it to make a real diff
The price on the car is now $2000firm. I have replaced a bunch of interior panels and now it looks clean. I bought new tie rods and will be replacing them soon. One of the injectors was leaking so I replaced that too. I might be getting the small rust places repaired professionally but then the price will go up a bit. I also tested the EGR BPT valve and I think it’s not working properly. I already bought one new from Nissan ($130 :x) but I’m gonna get a second opinion before I install it.
Basically, I’m working on the car and if I go too far, I’ll end up keeping it lol. The main thing that I want to get done is a manual or sr20. After one of those is done, the car will not be for sale anymore.
I could consider trades. Anything cool basically lol. I would trade this car if someone could fully restore the frame, rockers, and body on my other car and paint it lol.
Also could trade for nice rims (good sizing, 179 +20 178+20 or 16s in similar width and offset), Z-brakes, 25mm and 30mm spacers/adapters, aftermarket rear multilink, clutch type or helical lsd etc. I could add cash or you could add cash depending on the item.
I don’t really care about audio stuff so probably not on that.
Just a little update. The car is almost off the market unless I get an awsome offer. It probably won’t be for sale anymore by the end of this week. I have spent too much money now lol. Here is what has been done today:
-oil change, oil filter
-new sway bar endlink
-new front rotors
-new front pads
-new cat
-new muffler
-new spark plugs and wires
-new distributer cap and air filter
-new tie rod ends
-new front driver’s side shock and mount
-new EGR vacuum line
The car will also be getting a new steering rack like tomorrow and the very little rust repaired. I’m almost 90% certain I will NOT sell the car now unless I get a good offer like I said. The car will be 100% off the market by the end of this week.
