Prizm passed inspection.
So… I want to put in an MP3 CD player to replace the dying Pioneer. Anyone have any suggestions?
i have a sony xplode mp3 cd player… it’s outta the vw… you can buy it used, unless you want to pimp it out with a new one.
although i kinda like it… xplodes aren’t terrible… mp3 is the only logical choice
be a baller and get dvd mp3 player

i prefer pioneer over sony xplods. i’ve had 3 pioneers (the first two in the SS were stolen) and two xplods. Pioneers work very well with pioneer factory replacement speakers. I currently have the DEH-7400. The sony on the other hand isn’t doing so well with the pioneer 3 way 6x9’s and the infinity kappa 3.5’s. too much distortion on the 6 x9’s so i need to amp them instead.

what do you want for the Xplod?
My Pioneers both had problems with cheap media… I want something that’ll play cheap discs.
see i had the oppsite problem, my pioneer will play everything and my sony don’t like the burnt discs.
