Private Hell is the only song on the album that has ANY atmosphere, the rest are trite three-chord snoozefests. As for the above quote…Well, distorted guitars and a wah pedal doesn’t make something metal. It’s nothing more than simplified hard rock. Our ideas of “hard” are very different, though so to each his own.
