ok well 2 and 4 door 7th gen civics have different taillights. and i know the 01-03 04-05 4 door lights are slightly different so the 2 door might be the same. so you you need the trunk lid with lights? or can you reuse yours. your best bet is to hop onto 7thgencivic.com or look online at parts.com it searches junkyards.

just seen that you have a 4door. the trunk lids lights are diff from 01-03.5 to 03.5 -05 but the lids themselves are the same 01-05 4 door
