Previous owner…the trans in these cars are not the greatest
I’m pretty sure the old owner did a lot of launching but I did a compression test and the motor is fine…he blew the trans paid for the replacement then it sat until I bought it…new trans was never really ran by him

It is a common problem for turbo rsx but if u dont abuse it they can be just fine…car pulls great and runs strong
