I just got back. Wish i didnt though. I wanted to see what it (white celica) would do before the new motor mounts and ppe exhaust. first time i was supposed to run with the merc sl60, but they had me go before him. was pissed because i was waiting for him to stage.
Second run i embarrassed my self lol. Even in the water box i had a ton of wheel hop, and by the time i got to the line and launched i had no traction, and the car started to hop like crazy. tried to go for 2nd but failed, miserably.
I’m def going next week. and hopefully i’ll have the mounts in and audio equipment out.
Anybody see the kid in that little hatchback blow his tranny? He did a massive burnout like he knew what he was doing then blew his 1st gear as he left the line. Gave me my lol of the day.

too many of the wrong cars were parked in the oval. there was so much shit in there. not saying my car is way better. but half the cars were beat to shit and looked like hell.

It was okay, same shit different year…there was a lot of dust blowing all over the place which sucked but the JB and hot chicks made up for the dust.
Anyone see the Volvo? with like the 350+ in it? Sounded fucking crazy. That’s definitely sleeper until its turns on or he opens the hood.

Tons of dust on the cars in the oval.
Stupidest 2 things I saw was a pregnant chick sitting on the ground just out from the front of the cars in the burnout pit. Like the smoke isn’t bad enough, you are just out of the path of the car.
Then there was a family of 15 or something exaggeratedly large like that sitting just to the side of said pregnant woman camped out on the ground. Some of the kids in this group looked like mayby 4 or 5 years old. But right in the path of the smoke.
Other than that, insanely huge crowd for the first week. I’ll park my Camaro in the pro pits instead of the oval. Not a fan of the dust and smoke. There still was a ton of shitboxes in the oval. Who lets in a 2003 Dodge Caravan?
If you have any input on the cruise, post it up and I’ll pass it along.
One complaint to pass along work on 2 sets of stairs to the oval or one good one. and maybe alittle bit more srtict on what cars get in. all in all it was pretty good.

I would defiantly suggest putting in at least one other staircase. I mean it was easy for me to just go around and hop the wall. But the line to get across the 1 set of stairs was redic.
I parked all the way by the what do ya call that? (The Giant Light Up Number Board???) and I had dust all over my car when I went to leave but then again idt there’s anything they can do about the dust.
