Just came back form my lunch break, I did a nice chain link “drift” (Around the corner of a neighboring building, down their parking lot, In between 2 huge snow banks, out of there still going down our parking lot, tiny pull of the e-brake and hammered it and let the AWD take me tight around a 90 degree bend and smoothly out) lol

got pulled over by 2 officers for snow drift today about an hour ago… no tickets.
some people called it in that a black car matching the description of mine was speeding, fishtailing and went into and out of a ditch…

Possibly, but went out today and ended up hitting a curb. Not hard though, just skimmed it.
i only lost control today once, too much oversteer lol
same here that was the only time, reason was because i hit a dry spot and almost went into a tree.

I have to stick to plowed lots right now due to not having Hakka’s yet (aparently 255/45R18’s are sold out and I refuse to buy blizzaks). So the photos are not the epic unplowed lot with snow billowing over the car. I also have some video from last night doing an oval loop at a certain educational institution with large drop off ditches that theblue rode with me for.
What wheels are those? God I hate my stock wheels. Nice drifto. I was out last night drifting with my Azenis, shit was intense.

I heard about what could happen when you only put snows on the front of a car…
…but now I know. On Main St (by grover cleveland golf course) I was cruising along just after the plows went by and polished the snow and the light at bailey turns red. Cars at the light are stopped.
I apply the brakes way back because its slick out, not hard or anything…I was doing 45 which wasn’t a good idea apparently… and my front end does just fine, no problems…the rear on the other hand locks up as soon as weight transfers, as if I had the e-brake on and starts to swing around, All I see is on coming traffic.
I let off the brakes and it swings the other way, I see curb I hold it, swing it back the other way, give it some gas, straightens out…and oh yeah there are cars up ahead, slow it down just in time to fall in line at the light. The guy who stops behind me I can see laughing and pretends to wipe sweat from his brow.
With the semi-worn all-seasons on the back it drives actually a lot like an unloaded pickup when it comes to the turning and stopping aspect. Perfect for drifting!
