No longer need this. Big wheels roll fine. Needs a pin (thin bolt and nut) to prevent black handle from extending all the way out. If you plan to use this like a cart (using all 4 wheels) you might want to replace the smaller wheels since they dont roll normal. Otherwise this litte guy will save your back for sure. Small and light enough to drag around.
