I know where it is. It’s the NYS Museum at the top of the stairs. I know this because it is DIRECTLY straight across the pool from the Gov. building. I’m just wondering how the hell you got it up there. The backside of the museum is just a wall. The only way up there is stairs. Or do you have connections and used a cargo elevator? lol.
