at least ford doesnt offer thier “higher end” performance models to come with an auto transmission. they still leave them to be sporty in that aspect.
for example, the Cobra, Saleen and Ford GT cannot be purchased, ordered, whatever with an auto transmission from the factory

i dont feel like breaking it, and i would NEVER make it an auto cause i think its more fun to drive as a 5spd. if i was competing for something, yes id make it an auto.
but to go to test and tune 1 or 2 times a year,. i could care less what my times are.
