Benny is being a smartass again, callin those rare wheels.
I wouldnt mind goin friday night. I drive around and try to look for spots to take pics at. I found a couple close to Albany. Im not sure how lighting is there at night, but we can go check it out anyways. Im not sure about weather though. I heard that satruday is likely to have rain, so we can try it friday as a test to see if we can get a few good ones in a spot and then if it works out well enough, we can get a BUNCH of ppl to get there and take a nice big group shot at night. I’ll try to get the lighting right in the meantime.
sounds good and i know the rims are not rare :asshole. but i think they look good ;D
then enjoy them, simple as that :smile
i will.
yeah big group = better
better what? :crackup
better orgy, what else man? :excited
What kind of camera did you use? Those pics are pretty bad, no offense… you need to turn the flash off, get a tripod, and use a timer to take the pics otherwise you will move the camera when you press the shudder button and the pics will come out blurry. I don’t take the best night shots, but using some simple techniques you can take MUCH better pics regardless of what camera you have. Take my 7.2MP canon for example, older style digi cam, no image stabilization, etc… and I still got some alright pics from it at night/low light conditions:
Those were all straight from the camera, with a little photoshop they would look damn good.
but i love my “shudder” button, Chris ;D
just messing with you. yea, tripod is a must for night shots. i dont always have it in the car, so i try to put my camera on something. i took some night shots with my film Nikon when i was on vacation a couple of years back. they came out great actually. i took like a good 2 minutes to line up and set up the shot, got the shutter to open for a good 15-20 seconds and i had the camera on a rock or on something solid. they came out pretty good. i cant post them because theyre film and the soft copies i had are on the drive that blew a while back. basically 90% of my photos were on that one drive. :headbang
Now those are pics! :rofl
I’ve taken some pretty nice night shots with my point and shoot. Just play around with your camera and learn what works best for what you’re trying to accomplish with the shot.
A few quick examples of low light / night time shots.
Good stuff, Nicole. Whats the 2nd one from the top?
“The Dunes”
Is that local?
Indeed.
What is it in the background? Its like a silver/super light blue color thing.
It’s like… towers/conveyor belts/whatnot.
A few more I really like. All point and shoot.
